Is it true that weight loss = Diet 20% + exercise 80% or is there a % of diet and exercise?
you need both. to lose 1 pound you need to burn 3500 calories ON TOP OF how many calories you've already consumed. So if you eat 1200 calories a day, you'll need to burn 4700 calories to lose 1 pound. 1200 is the minimum amount of calories one can eat without their body shutting down. Excercising will obviously help a lot, so i'd say 50/50. If you're eating like a cow but excercise a lot ya know, it won't really help. Gotta balance it out

Breakfast : 1.35 oz + 3.38 oz milk ( 1,5% fat ) – 182 kcal
Meal : 5.2 oz turkey or chicken meat + steamed veggies – 600 kcal
Dinner : shrimps – 100 kcal ??
I drink much water and green tea between meals. Is this a good meal plan ? Do I have to snack ? I hate to snack …
