HELP! DIET, EXERCISE, AND WEIGHT LOSS! THIS IS URGENT, LOL!?
Hi. Ok, i am currently doing PX90 AB Ripper as of today and the 30 Day Shred Level 3! I want to lose at least 5-10pounds by August 11th so can anyone help me with a proper diet plan? I have no clue where to start, lol. I also have a big problem. I am on medication that make me gain weight so i really want to lose extra weight. I had a revelation today at the doctors office on the scale, so i really wanna tone my body and have a 6pk that is actually visible. Everyone says that i have a cute figure but all i see is disgustingness in the mirror! This means a lot to me, and i would love for anyone with nice positive answers to help answer this question! Rapid weight loss? Good quick diet?
I know this question has probably been asked a million times before, and that the best diet is eating right and exercising but I really just want to know a quick diet that can help me lose at least 5 kg in the next month or so…
It's my 18th birthday in 5 weeks and I just want to lose those few extra kilo's from Winter…(I'm in Australia). I'm not obese or anything, I've just gained a few kilo's lately and I wanna drop them so I look hot on my 18th when I can finally hit the town

Personal experiences would be great too!
I'm considering things like the tea diet and the soup diets…..I know the weight won't stay off with most of these but it could be a good way to kick start my diet so I can look good for Summer!
Oh, and I'm a vegetarian…so no 'lean meat' diets or anything please!
