Where to find free hypnosis online videos or mp3 to help sleep?
I'm just looking to experiment with hypnotism to help with my sleep. I reach this “relaxed” state every once in every day life (most commonly on long drives). I become extremely tiered to the point where its a battle to stay awake. This is not because I was initially sleepy but more so because of the mind state I get in.
It would be nice to find a video or mp3 that could help me reach this state in order to get better sleep before bedtime.
I did some google searching but didn't find much of anything.
